The Thrive Together Retainer Package requires a 90-day minimum commitment, starting at 20 hours per month. This ensures we have enough time to create meaningful results and build momentum in your business.

I take a hands-on approach to team management, working closely with your VA, graphic designer, copywriter, and other team members. I ensure tasks are assigned, deadlines are met, and the team operates cohesively to achieve business goals. I'd love to set up a team meeting for introductions, and 1:1 meetings/chats to understand the role, as well as the aspirations of each member to fully support them.

While some changes, like improved organization or immediate task management, can show results quickly, more strategic initiatives (e.g., building funnels or launching campaigns) take time. I’ll work with you to set realistic timelines and milestones.
